A Pottersville woman was injured in an accident west of West Plains Friday morning. 29 year old Sabrina Peterson suffered moderate injuries when she drove off the road and hit a culvert. She was taken to Ozarks Medical center. The accident happened around 6:30 Friday morning on U.S 160 about 4 miles west of West Plains.
