The Missouri State Highway patrol arrested two people Sunday, in Texas county. 23-year old Joshua Lee of Licking was arrested for Dent County warrants for DWI persistent offender and larceny. 31-year old Amber Webster of Rolla was arrested on a Dent County warrant for Drugs, burglary and forgery. Both were taken to Texas County justice Center and are being held without bond
