A Horseshoe Bend man was arrested after a visit from the 16th district drug task force and probation-parole officers and the Izard County Sheriff’s Department. 35 year old Joseph Lee was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lee posted bond and will be in court in January.
