Icy roads were the cause of an accident that injured a Hartville man Tuesday morning. 82 year old Arthur Stigall suffered moderate injuries when he lost control on ice covered roads, traveled off the road and overturned the truck he was driving. Stigall was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The accident happened on F highway about 2 miles west of Mansfield.
