A Salem Arkansas man has been arrested on drug charges in Izard County. 30 year old Bobby Wayne Napier was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, criminal impersonation and a warrant from Fulton County. His bond was set at $1,870 and he was given a court date of January 10th.
