Two West Plains men have been arrested in connection with the theft of UTV’s from Heritage Tractor in July. 45 year old Leslie Owen Collins and 30 year old Maverick Lee Price are both charged with stealing $25,000 or more. Collins was released on $10,000 bond while Price is being held on $10,000 bond
