A man from Cabool has been arrested after allegedly hitting a woman several times. 36 year old James Martin was arrested Tuesday by the Texas County Sheriff’s Department. Martin is charged with felony second degree assault and tampering with a victim in a felony prosecution. His bond was set at $150,000.
