A man found passed out in the Stone County Court parking lot has been arrested. 44 year old Clarence Baker had an active parole absconder warrant. He has now been charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor drinking in public and he is charged as a habitual offender. He was taken to Stone County jail.
