A lengthy pursuit in Fulton County by the Arkansas State Police, leads to the arrest on a 20 year old Fulton County resident. 20 year old Rain Collins was arrested after fleeing from a trooper on highway 62/412 between Glencoe and the Baxter County. Collins was arrested after crashing through barb wire fences and rolled the truck he was driving. Collins was charged with felony counts of fleeing and possession of a firearm by certain persons. His bond was set at $10,000.
