A New Prosecutor has been named in the Rebecca O’Donnell murder trial. Robert Dittrich of Stuttgard was assigned to the case by the Arkansas Supreme Court. The court also assigned Judge John Fogleman to preside over the case. O’Donnell is accused of murdering former Arkansas Legislator Linda Collins. O’Donnell is charged with capitol murder, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with physical evidence. Her trial is scheduled to begin on October 19th 2020
