Fulton County Authorities report the arrest of a man for shoplifting and fleeing from police. 32 year old Ronald Lee Taylor allegedly stole two cellphones from Dollar General and then ran from police. The high speed chase ended on east Church street with Taylor exiting his vehicle with his hands above his head. He is charged with felony counts of fleeing in a vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, meth or cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia as well as misdemeanor counts of theft of property, DWI drugs and driving on a suspended license. His bond was set at $20,000
