A man from Alton has been arrested on a Howell County warrant. The Oregon County Sheriff’s Department arrested 31 year old Kevin Ruth on a Howell County warrant for first degree burglary in West Plains. Ruth is also charged with theft and stealing. He was transferred to Howell County.
