Charges have now been filed against a Summersville man who was involved in a fatality traffic accident earlier this month. 26 year old Tanner Beasley is charged with DWI resulting in a death, second degree assault, careless and imprudent driving and making a false report. Beasley allegedly crossed the centerline on highway 137 and hit a vehicle driven by 30 year old Jessica Messex of Willow Springs. Messex suffered serious head injuries and severed fingers. A passenger in her vehicle, 30 year old Heath Wadkins of Bakersfield died in the accident. Beasley’s bond was set at $500,000.
