Last Friday the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department reported the arrest of a woman from Ava and a man from Kissee Mills. 24 year old Sadie Slade and 25 year old Ronnie McCray were both arrested for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm. Bond was set at $15,000 each.
