A Horseshoe Bend woman was arrested after she involved in an accident near Wiseman. 34 year old Mary Helen Messer was arrested and charged with careless driving, driving left of center, no seat belt, no proof on insurance, driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit. She also had a container of Oxycodone in her possession that was not hers, so she was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Her bond was set at $20,000 and she was given a court date of January 14th.
