A third man has now been arrested in connection with the theft of UTVs from Heritage Tractor. 23 year old Dakota Lee Violett of West Plains is charged with stealing $25,000 or more. He is being held on $10,000 bail. In Early December, 45 year old Leslie Owen Collins and 20 year old Maverick Lee Price were both arrested on the same charges. The men allegedly stole two John Deere UTVs from Heritage Tractor.
