A man from Tecumseh has been arrested after 23 vehicle titles and several guns were discovered missing. 34 year old Anthony Scott Collins was arrested for first degree burglary, stealing more than $750, stealing a motor vehicle, and 5 counts of stealing firearms. Collins also had an outstanding warrant from Ozark County for first degree burglary. He has active cases in Howell, Oregon and Ozark Counties. He was taken to the Oregon County Jail and bail was set at $15,000
