A Batesville man could face murder charges. 42 year old Quincy Childress was arrested after authorities found 44 year old James Mobley dead last Thursday. Childress has been charged with suspicion of two counts of aggravated assault, and one count of aggravated residential burglary. His bond was set at $750,000. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges could be filed.
