A Stone County Arkansas man has been arrested for two break-ins over the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. 30 year old Jesse Leon Oxford allegedly broke into Hair Design on December 26th and Tommy’s Famous Pizza on December 30. Oxford is charged with felony counts of commercial burglary and two counts of misdemeanor theft of property. His bond was set at $25,000.
