A woman from Willow Springs was arrested by the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department and was taken to the Thayer Jail. 33 year old Melissa Jacobson was arrested for felony first degree robbery, felony armed criminal action, felony first degree assault, and felony stealing. Her bond was set at $150,000.
