A woman from Doniphan was killed in a two vehicle accident Monday afternoon west of Doniphan. The Highway Patrol reports that 63 year old Patricia Hart was killed and two Illinois residents were injured when a truck driven by 53 year old Thomas Bernard of Chenoa Illinois crossed the centerline and hit the pickup that Hart was driving. Bernard suffered serious injuries and a passenger in his vehicle, 30 year old Kristen Bernard suffered moderate injuries. The accident happened on Missouri 142 about 5 miles west of Doniphan.
