The Trial of a West Plains man accused of rape and child molestation has ben set for July 9th. 21 year old Jesse Dalton is charged with first degree statutory rape and second degree child molestation. He was arrested in May of 2018 in connection with an incident that involved a 5 year old girl. His trial was set for December 4th but was continued. The trial will be held in Howell County Circuit Court with Judge John Beger.
