A man from Doniphan was injured in an accident Wednesday afternoon south of Doniphan. The highway Patrol reports that 71 year old Jerry Plunk suffered minor injuries when he drove off the road and overturned the truck he was driving. Plunk was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Hospital. The accident happened on highway 21 about 5 miles south of Doniphan.
