A couple from Midway in Baxter County was arrested earlier this week on drug charges. 48 year old Troy Marlowe and 48 year old Stacy Marlowe were both arrested on Monday and their drug labs were dismantled. Both have been charged with felony counts of manufacturing meth, and felony counts of possession of meth, . Troy Marlowe is also charged as a habitual offender. His bond was set at $100,000 bond for Stacey Marlowe was set at $15,000.
