Two Doniphan men were arrested by the Highway Patrol Monday on felony charges. 51 year old Timothy Ossana was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, meth, felony unlawful use of a weapon, felony unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. 39 year old Jeremy Sisco was charged with felony unlawful possession of a firearm, felony driving while suspended, failure to display valid plates and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Both men were taken to Ripley County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
