Details have now been released about charges against a Balck Rock teen accused of sexual indecency with a child. 18 year old Shane William Hill was arrested on suspicion of sexual indecency with a child. Hill allegedly became very touchy and started kissing a 14 year old while on a school bus on a field trip. The girl allegedly told him to stop but he did not. The incident happened on a Sloan-Hendrix school bus on a field trip to a Walnut Ridge nursing Home.
