A Mountain Home Woman will go to trial in March on drug and weapons charges. 33 year old Kathy Lee Fernandez was arrested after an investigation by the 14th Judicial District drug task force, the Mountain Home PD and the Baxter County Sheriff’s Department. Fernandez allegedly sold meth on multiple occasions and officer found 22 grams of meth and other drugs during a search. Drug paraphernalia was also found. A small child was living in the house where the drugs were discovered. Fernandez posted $35,000 bail and will be in court in mid-march.
