Three West Plains residents were injured in an accident Wednesday morning in Howell County. The Highway Patrol says that 29 year old Rebecca Lynn, 69 year old Connie Loy and 72 year old James Loy all suffered serious injuries when the vehicles they were in met on a one lane bridge and hit head-on. Lynn was flown to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Both Connie and James Loy were taken to Ozarks Medical Center. The accident happened on highway JJ about 5 miles south of highway 160.
