A man from Calico Rock was arrested following a traffic stop in Calico Rock. 35 year old Clinton James Tinin was stopped for no vehicle license, no proof of insurance, violation of interlock device, DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Later that day two different resident in Calico Rock reported break-ins and thefts. Items reported missing matched items found in Tinin’s vehicle. Tinin was also charged with two counts of theft of property, residential burglary and breaking and entering. His bond was set at $3,010 on the misdemeanor charges and $5,000 on the felony charges.
