A registered sex offender from Wideman was arrested after a traffic stop last week. 30 year old Edward Prato was arrested for failure to register a vehicle, no proof on insurance, no driver’s license, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Prado was also found not to be in compliance with his sex offender registration. His bond was set at $10,000 and he will be in court February 20th
