A Mountain Home woman who was convicted in 2015 for manslaughter has been granted parole. Christina Scroggin was convicted in the shooting death of her boyfriend Rual Turrieta. . Scroggin has been denied parole twice in the last two years but was granted parole last week by the Arkansas Parole Board. Several local officials including Sheriff john Montgomery testified against her parole.
