A Settlement agreement has been reached between the Friends of Parkside House and the City of West Plains. The agreement allows the city to remove certain items from the house to be sold. The city will then demolish the house. Items from the house including fixtures will be auction off at a public auction. After the house is torn down the city will then begin work on a playground accessible to children of all abilities.
