The Highway Patrol arrested a woman from Doniphan Saturday on felony drug charges. 41 year old Linda Harris was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to register a motor vehicle. Harris was taken to the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office and placed on a 24 hour hold.
