The Thayer Police Department reports the arrest of a man from Myrtle on Saturday. 42 year old Richard Burrow was arrested Saturday and placed on a 24 hour hold. Then on Sunday a warrant was issued charging him with felony first degree endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk. His bond was set at $2,500
