A Mountain Home man accused of sexual indecency with a child and been given probation. 20 year old Devonte Sipps was charged with two felony counts of sexual indecency with a child and pleaded guilty in Baxter County court. He was put on probation and ordered to spend more time in the Baxter County jail and will be released in April. He must also register as a sex offender. The charges involve a 14 year old girl.
