One of two men south in Ozark County has now been arrested. 36 year old Ryan Markovich is being held without bond for possession of a controlled substance and a weapons charge. Markovick failed to show up for court. Markovich allegedly was stopped in Gainesville and attempted to use a loaded gun on a deputy but he gun jammed. The other man 42 year old Jason Laird is still on the run. Laird has six Ozark County warrants pending. He is believed to be armed and dangerous.
