A Doniphan man’s murder trial has been moved from Ripley County to Carter county. 30 year old Cody Allen Payne is charged with first degree murder, second degree murder, first degree kidnapping, third degree assault, second degree arson and abandonment of a corpse. Five other people are charged as accessories to the crime.
