The Woman accused of killing former state lawmaker Linda Collins was in court yesterday. Rebecca O’Donnell pleaded innocent to charges of conspiring to arrange additional murders while she was in jail. O’Donnell was charged earlier this month with two counts of solicitation to commit murder and solicitation to tamper with physical evidence.
