A Horseshoe Bend man was arrested last week by the Izard County Sheriff’s Department for breaking into vehicles. 36 year old Paul Beaver is charged with two counts of felony breaking or entering. Beaver’s bond was set at $10,000 and he was given a court date of February 18th.
