Last Friday the Izard County Sheriff’s Department arrested an Oxford man for forgery. 28 year old Elijah Banning was arrested for felony second degree forgery. Banning was allegedly trying to pass stolen checks. His bond is set at $10,000 and he will be in court February 18th .
