A man from Ellsinore was arrested by the Highway patrol last night in Carter County. 46 year old Stanley Vest was arrested on charges on felony possession of meth, felony possession of fire arm, felony paraphernalia, and on a felony warrant from Butler county for failure to appear and for misdemeanor possession of marijuana. HE as taken to the Carter County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
