A woman from Sherwood Arkansas has been charged in Baxter County for felony theft of property and misdemeanor criminal attempt theft of property. 31 year old Kayla Browning allegedly falsified four transactions on a local businesses credit card machine sending refunds to an unknown account. She was released on $2,500 bail.
