A man from West Plains was arrested by the Highway Patrol Wednesday. 46 year old Dennis Wagner was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated persistent offender, careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident, driving while revoked, no insurance and no seat belt. He was taken to the Wright County jail.
