A man accused of rape was in court in Baxter County Thursday. 35 year old Roger Hicks Jr entered a not guilty plea to charges of having sex with a minor. Hicks was charged last May but the case was dropped at the victim’s request. The case has now been refiled. Hicks is still being held in Baxter County.
