A man from Texas has drown on the White River. 60 year old George Lisenble of Lubbock Texas was taken to Baxter regional Hospital after his boat overturned on the river. There was three people on the boat when it overturned. Another man, 60 year old Neal Gray was taken to Baxter Regional Medical Center for treatment of hypothermia.
