A woman from Birch Tree was injured in an accident east of Mountain View last night. The Highway Patrol says that 44 year old Helen Edwards suffered moderate injuries when a vehicle driven by 46 year old Jackson Rutledge crossed into the path of a vehicle driven by Edwards. Edwards was taken to Ozarks Medical Center. The accident happened around 9:15 last night on U.S. 60 about two miles east of Mountain View.
