Two Calico Rock residents were arrested after authorities conducted a home visit last week. 30 year old Amber Smith and 40 year old Joshua Kagebein were both arrested after officers with Arkansas Probation/Parole, Izard County deputies, 16th judicial drug Task Force and Stone counties deputies conducted the home visit and found numerous items of drug paraphernalia at the residence. Both Smith and Kagebein were charged with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a drug premises due to the residence being within 1,000 feet of a church. Bond was set at $20,000 each.
