A man from Gainesville was arrested after another man was knocked unconscious and beaten while he was passed out. 21 year old Andrew Brandt Clay allegedly knocked the man out then beat him, bound his legs and feet with duct tape and robbed his house. Clay allegedly has a history of violent crime activity. He allegedly fired a gun at a person, he was also arrested on fourth degree assaukt charges last August.
