A Mountain Home woman has been arrested on assault charges. 34 year old Virginia Elizabeth Long allegedly attacked a man while he was sleeping and cut his neck. She is charged with aggravated assault and Misdemeanor resisting arrest. Long’s bond was set at $5,000
