Two Mountain Home residents have been arrested on drug charges and two small children were taken into custody by the Arkansas department of Human services. 24 year old Timothy Jason Burkhart Jr and 21 year old Haleigh Josephine Angler are both charged with felony endangering the welfare of a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia along with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. The children were age 1 and 2. Bond for both Burkhart and Angier was set at $10,000 each.
